- Promotional and campaign products given as gifts must also be sent with their original packages.

- Products that are prepared in line with the special requests of the consumer or clearly personal needs, that are not suitable for return due to their nature, that are in danger of spoiling quickly or that are likely to expire, cannot be returned.
- All kinds of Cosmetic Products, and Personal Care Products, All kinds of software, All kinds of processor (CPU), Programs, DVD, VCD, CD and Cassettes, Computer and Stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) provided that their packages are not opened. Returns are accepted.
- Hygienic products (such as underwear), supermarket products (such as food products), periodicals such as newspapers and magazines cannot be returned.

- Select the product you want to be processed and fill in the "I do not want to receive the product" form in the selection of Returns and other transactions. Click the "Continue" button by ticking the "I have read and accept the Return and Return Conditions" located at the bottom right of the page.
- Follow the steps specified for the product you will return from the new window that opens.
- After clicking the Save and Finish button, your record will be created. Send the product to us by the specified date by using the Yurtiçi Kargo code that appears on the screen.
How will I follow the process after sending the product?
- After your product is received by us, its packaging, accessories and invoice(*) will be checked.
- In case the return process is approved; In line with your preference in the return application, the "product price" will be refunded to you within 2 business days.
- If your return does not comply with the return conditions; The relevant product will be sent to your address.
(*) If the invoice of the product you will return is corporate, you must send it together with the return invoice issued by the institution when returning it. The return invoice should be issued without including the cargo share (in the form of product unit price + Tax (KDV)).
When and how can I get the money back for the product I returned?
- If the product/products you send are approved by us, the "product price" will be refunded to you within 2 business days.
- When the Product Price Refund process is completed, an information message is sent to your registered e-mail and mobile phone.
- If the payment method is "Credit Card" and your preference is "Refund"; Your payment will be made online immediately to your credit card.
- The reflection of your payment to your account may differ according to the processing times of the banks.
